Terms and Conditions

The terms are set forth here regarding the purchase of a balloon from Parade Giants LLC. Once a contract and price is agreed to by client and Parade Giants LLC, a deposit of 50% is due before production begins. Photos of production will be provided to client, when possible, during the progress of the project allowing the client to provide feedback andsee the progression until completion. Once completed the remaining 50% of contract price is to be paid before shipping. Shipping is to be paid by client. A two year warranty is provided on all materials and workmanship from date of delivery.
